Quality Manager

About the role

As a Quality Manager at Solenis, you will ensure product and process quality across the supply chain, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in our European operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to guarantee product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead supplier and internal audits, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
• Oversee and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Define, track and analyse quality KPIs for suppliers and finished products.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Promote operational excellence across manufacturing and supply‑chain processes.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies to optimise workflows.
• Foster partnerships and collaborative projects with European partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Participate in cross‑functional quality and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of proven experience in quality management, preferably in chemicals, pharmaceuticals or food sectors.
• Strong background in supplier quality management and finished‑product assurance.
• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001 audits, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing, monitoring and controlling quality KPIs.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a track record in root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to influence internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen operational methodologies.
• Proven capability to lead cross‑functional projects and collaborate with supply‑chain teams.
• Professional proficiency in French, Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
