Regional Account Manager – On‑Trade Wholesalers

About the role
The Regional Account Manager will join Bacardi’s On‑Trade Wholesalers team to grow market share for premium spirits across Eastern Andalusia and Murcia. You will work directly with wholesalers and on‑trade customers, providing a 360° view of the channel and ensuring the consumer remains at the centre of every decision.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets (NSV & GP) defined in the country financial plan.
- Implement the commercial plan and customer programmes outlined in the Integrated Activity Plan for on‑trade accounts.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key wholesalers, influencing brand positioning.
- Create and execute top‑wholesaler account plans, including forecasting, terms, and performance tracking.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive strategies that maximise Bacardi’s performance in the region.
- Optimise promotional calendars using ROI‑focused strategies.
- Provide accurate demand forecasts to the supply‑chain team.
- Ensure compliance with pricing and commercial policies.
Required profile
- Result‑oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset.
- Experience in wholesaler sales or as a business manager in a dynamic on‑trade environment.
- Excellent negotiation and field‑sales capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, organise workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, analytical and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English.

What we offer
- Fixed‑term substitution contract covering a temporary disability.
- Start date: 1 August 2026.
- On‑site role based in Eastern Andalusia or Murcia.
