Regional Sales Manager – Building Materials (Spain)

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the growth of our building‑materials business across Spain. Based in Madrid, you will develop distribution networks, acquire new customers and strengthen partnerships to support the company’s long‑term commercial expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute regional sales and channel development strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard distributors, channel partners and strategic customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industrial enterprises, contractors and commercial stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking and customer research to uncover opportunities.
• Drive the full business‑development cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Monitor partner performance, assess business potential and ensure strategic fit.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer support and sales execution.
• Provide regular commercial reports on sales performance, market trends and customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial, manufacturing or building‑materials sectors.
• Strong understanding of channel development and distributor management.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language proficiency preferred.
