Remote Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join BairesDev’s technology delivery team. In this position you will collaborate with engineering groups to drive multiple technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and guide project progress, providing direction to team members.
• Coordinate processes, uphold quality standards and manage project documentation.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track performance metrics, control budgets and report status to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions and related initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
