Sales Assistant (Seasonal)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our luxury fashion store in Ibiza for the busy summer season (June‑October). This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering an outstanding, personalized customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling advice to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock management, inventory control, and product replenishment.
• Stay up to date with collections, trends, and the brand story.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Passionate about luxury fashion and retail.
• Previous experience in high‑end retail or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and additional languages are a plus.
• Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
