Sales Development Representative – Google for Education (French)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive inbound and outbound sales for Google for Education products, including ChromeOS, Chrome Browser and Workspace for Education. The role focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities within the education sector, leveraging strong French language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build a pipeline of education prospects that match the ideal customer profile.
• Engage prospects via calls, emails and social media to spark interest and schedule conversations.
• Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or ANUM, uncovering needs and aligning them with Chrome solutions.
• Collaborate with Google and internal teams to stay informed on product offerings and improve lead‑generation tactics.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
• Follow sales cadences, update CRM consistently and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French at C2 level and native‑level English communication.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales development, inside sales or outbound sales.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening and ability to work independently.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
