Seasonal Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

Etro is seeking a seasonal, part‑time Client Advisor to work in its boutique inside El Corte Inglés in Marbella. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality, personalized service that reflects the brand’s heritage and luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients and exceeding their expectations.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Etro products, history and heritage, and guide customers through the brand’s selling ceremony.
• Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and business development.
• Build and maintain customer relationships using CRM strategies.
• Support visual merchandising in line with Etro visual guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Uphold Etro grooming standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion and luxury.
• Previous experience in a similar fashion retail role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Excellent commercial awareness and customer‑focused attitude.
• Adaptability to diverse client needs and a team‑playing mindset.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
