Senior Associate – Transaction Services (Real Estate)

About the role

PWC's Deals practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transaction Services team focused on real‑estate transactions. You will work on both buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements, helping clients assess the financial, commercial and operational assumptions behind mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence projects for private‑equity firms and corporate clients, analysing earnings quality, assets and cash flows.
• Critically review key value drivers of target businesses, both historically and in projected financial models.
• Leverage Data & Analytics tools to identify insights, risks and upside opportunities.
• Support clients in price‑adjustment analysis and definition.
• Prepare clear, data‑driven reports that inform strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent English; Spanish is advantageous.
