Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack developer to help evolve a platform that attracts close to 100 million unique visitors each month. You will join a fast‑growing, award‑winning team that values innovation, culture and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain server‑side and client‑side applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and domain experts to translate ideas into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance, minimise API response times and implement observability tools such as metrics, distributed tracing and aggregated trace metrics.
• Provide feedback on development processes, own your code and mentor junior team members.
• Investigate new technologies and champion clean code and architecture.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Expertise in the React and Node.js ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases and Docker.
• Proficiency with browser APIs, DOM, HTML and CSS.
• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with agentic AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Codex).
• Team‑player attitude, ownership mindset and a results‑driven work ethic.
