Senior Legal Counsel – Southern Europe

About the role

Join Tesla’s fast‑growing EMEA legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel covering the Southern Europe region. You will act as the trusted legal advisor for all business units, handling a wide range of commercial, regulatory and consumer‑protection matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to sales and service initiatives (B2C and B2B), including drafting and reviewing terms, conditions and financial services agreements.
• Advise on marketing, website content and other customer communications to ensure compliance.
• Draft and review real‑estate contracts for showrooms and service centres.
• Draft and review contracts related to the Supercharger network and associated legal issues.
• Manage regulatory matters for Tesla products in the region and build strong relationships with key regulators.
• Liaise regularly with EMEA peers, the EMEA Litigation team and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer licensed in Spain, Portugal or Italy.
• Experience in a law firm or in‑house corporate international environment, preferably as a country or regional lawyer.
• Proven ability to handle a high workload of complex legal matters simultaneously.
• Team player who proactively identifies problems, drives projects and delivers pragmatic legal solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
