Senior Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

Zynga is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join its Marketing Analytics team in Barcelona. You will design and deliver high‑impact analytics solutions that drive marketing performance across our global portfolio of games.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and cross‑functional teams to uncover growth opportunities and shape strategic initiatives.
• Lead deep‑dive analyses, translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain data pipelines that integrate third‑party sources and support advanced statistical frameworks.
• Develop interactive tools and dashboards that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
• Apply AI‑driven automation to prototype new investigation methods and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, experimental design, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, campaign optimization, LTV modeling, and incrementality analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
