Senior Product Data Engineer – Remote (Europe)

About the role

Modash is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Data Engineer to own and scale end‑to‑end data products that power its creator‑brand insights platform. The role is fully remote within Europe and sits in the Data Insights team, a core product function that transforms raw social media signals into reliable, customer‑facing data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch data products from scratch, ensuring high quality, freshness, and scalability.
• Develop systems to derive creator demographics (location, age, interests) at scale.
• Create pipelines that extract creator‑brand collaborations from raw social data.
• Explore AI‑assisted search techniques, including LLMs and embeddings, to enhance search and recommendation features.
• Collaborate with Data Search and Data Core teams, participating in pair programming and fast feedback loops.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and operating large‑scale data platforms.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from idea to production.
• Comfortable working in a remote‑first, autonomous environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for turning messy public data into actionable insights.
