Senior Project Manager – Governance & Strategic Initiatives

About the role

The Senior Project Manager supports the Group General Secretary in driving the Group’s governance agenda, strategic initiatives, and partner engagement. This central, transversal role sits at the heart of the Executive Committee and requires autonomous, executive‑level execution across a complex international organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and structuring of GEC agendas, workplans, pre‑reads and executive materials while maintaining strong governance processes.
• Design, coordinate and monitor the Group strategic plan and lead transversal projects across multiple geographies and functions.
• Develop and coordinate Group‑level dashboards (including non‑financial KPIs) using Crystal, ensuring data consistency and actionable insights for the GEC.
• Prepare high‑impact communication materials for executive audiences, ensuring clarity and executive‑level quality.
• Contribute to content design and production of key Group leadership events, aligning narratives with Group priorities.
• Define and execute stakeholder‑management strategies, mapping and coordinating senior leadership teams and partners.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for M&A and post‑deal integration, including material preparation and action tracking.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or project management.
• Proven experience in international, matrix organisations.
• Strong project‑management and execution discipline.
• Ability to lead complex, transversal projects across geographies.
