Senior Project Manager – Iberia

About the role

HCLTech is seeking an Iberia Senior Project Manager to lead operational excellence across its IT outsourcing business in Spain and Portugal. You will be responsible for streamlining service delivery, supporting strategic decisions, and enhancing the client experience while collaborating with finance, procurement, and talent acquisition teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational management and process‑improvement initiatives for IT outsourcing projects in Spain and Portugal.
• Conduct business analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with finance to develop budgets, forecasts and monitor financial performance metrics.
• Support recruitment by working with talent acquisition to understand workforce needs and ensure timely onboarding.
• Analyze operational data, prepare reports and deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Manage Purchase Order processes, ensuring accuracy, timely creation, tracking and closure.
• Coordinate public grant and subsidy management in Spain, ensuring compliance and reporting.
• Act as primary liaison between operations, finance, procurement and external vendors.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in project or program management within IT outsourcing or digital transformation environments.
• Strong background in business analysis, finance management and recruitment support.
• In‑depth knowledge of operational and regulatory requirements in Spain and Portugal.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
