Site Manager – Photovoltaic Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead the execution of photovoltaic and energy storage projects in Spain. The role combines on‑site supervision, safety management and coordination with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure correct and timely completion of photovoltaic projects, monitoring milestones and compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
• Act as interface between the construction site and internal teams such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement and Project Management.
• Execute and document quality checks, identify defects and drive corrective actions.
• Manage engineering changes on site and coordinate delivery of components with the supply‑chain department.
• Lead the site management team, handling accommodation, task distribution and overall organization.
• Support the assigned Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Completed training in the electrical sector, skilled trades, construction, or a degree in electrical or civil engineering.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in renewable‑energy or photovoltaic installations.
• Good knowledge of work safety, strong technical understanding and experience dealing with subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, intercultural competence and organizational talent.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%) and a valid driving licence (class B).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
