Social Media Specialist – Hybrid, Madrid

About the role

Omnitel is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join a growing team supporting a major client in Alcobendas. The role combines digital and traditional social media management, ensuring timely translation, scheduling, and publication of global content while maintaining compliance with headquarters' deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Synchronise calendars between EO, HQ and local teams.
• Translate and schedule content for global social media channels.
• Prepare and deliver EO‑Suwon content reports.
• Liaise with key material information sources and coordinate with external agencies.
• Communicate daily with community managers and support launch coordination material.
• Synchronise content with Portugal teams.
• Maintain the social media calendar and oversee legal supervision of content.
• Produce quick‑turn reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities.
• Capacity to multitask across several projects simultaneously.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with various internal tools used for content management.

What we offer
