About the role

The Software Engineering Analyst I will apply core software engineering principles to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate computer software solutions. Working within Santander's technology team in Boadilla del Monte, the analyst will translate technical requirements into functional code and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications in line with business needs.
