Solution Consultant – Quality

About the role

Veeva is looking for a Solution Consultant who will help life‑science companies modernise their quality and compliance processes using the Veeva Quality Cloud suite. You will work closely with sales and strategy teams to showcase how the platform can streamline QMS, document control, training, batch release and validation management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions and needs analysis to capture customer requirements.
• Configure and deliver compelling demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications.
• Lead workshops, conference‑room pilots and proofs of concept to illustrate business value.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with solution‑oriented presentations.
• Support marketing activities such as webinars and recorded demos.

Required profile

• 3+ years delivering or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in life sciences, pharma, biotech or medical device sectors.
• Strong understanding of quality and manufacturing operations in regulated industries.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30% across the EU.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Quality Assurance software platforms.
• Knowledge of SaaS/Cloud solutions.
• Understanding of process design and quality operations.
