About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join Kube Group in Barcelona. You will be at the heart of our hiring efforts, helping to attract and engage top talent that will drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and innovative channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong network of professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by acting as the main point of contact and maintaining clear communication.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player who enjoys collaboration.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
