Talent Sourcer (Hybrid, Barcelona)

About the role

Scopely is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join its global Talent Acquisition team in Barcelona. Working on a hybrid schedule (two days in‑office), you will help shape the top‑of‑the‑funnel strategy, attracting high‑quality technical and non‑technical talent for a fast‑growing mobile gaming company.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage volume sourcing for multiple complex searches across North America and Europe.
• Build and maintain a passive candidate pipeline with high‑touch, engaging communication.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies, collaborate with global talent partners, and use data to uncover opportunities and market insights.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, Talent Partners, and Coordinators to ensure credibility and results.
• Provide candidates with accurate, inspiring information about Scopely and deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a global sourcing or talent research function within tech or gaming.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities with attention to detail.
• Flexible, self‑motivated, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and constant change.
• Excellent interviewing, verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated time‑management and organizational skills.
