About the role

The International Relations Unit of the Faculty of Science, Technology and Engineering (FCTE) at UVic-UCC is looking for a dedicated technician to support its international programmes. This position provides essential administrative assistance to ensure smooth mobility processes for students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the faculty’s international training programmes.
• Manage academic documentation related to student mobility.
• Offer personalized assistance to students, teaching and research staff (PDI), and professional services staff (PTGAS) on international mobility matters.
• Participate in academic international events organised by the faculty.
• Attend work meetings and International Relations commission sessions.
• Support any additional tasks required by the International Relations Unit.

Required profile

• Possession of a recognised university degree (or equivalent declaration of equivalence for foreign qualifications).
• Ability to submit a Spanish translation of the degree if obtained abroad.
• Commitment to provide the official equivalence declaration within three years if required.
• Familiarity with Spanish regulations on professional qualifications (Royal Decree 889/2022, Legislative Decree 2/2015).
