Transport Coordinator – Valencia

About the role

The Transport Coordinator will join DHL Supply Chain’s Valencia Center of Excellence, supporting day‑to‑day transport operations for a global customer base. Working in a diverse, international team, you will help ensure that shipments move smoothly across the 4PL network while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport activities within the 4PL supply‑chain network.
• Act as the primary interface between DHL, customers, carriers, and suppliers.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely execution of transport flows.
• Identify and resolve operational exceptions and disruptions.
• Maintain accurate service performance data and uphold customer requirements.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
