Travel Advisor – French Speaker

About the role

Click&Boat, the European leader in boat rentals, is looking for a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join its Barcelona office. You will work within the French market of the Sales Team, helping customers find and book the perfect boat for their needs while ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' requirements and provide tailored boat recommendations.
• Negotiate competitive prices with boat owners to secure the best deals for warm leads.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry to booking confirmation.
• Maintain high conversion rates by applying proven sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet an annual sales target, with performance bonuses for over‑achievement.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1‑2 years of experience in business development, account management or sales.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive mindset and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
