Video Editing & Production Internship

About the role

Join TransPerfect’s ContentLabs team in Barcelona as a Video Editing & Production Intern. You will actively contribute to real video projects, supporting the creative process from brainstorming to final delivery for international audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the creative team with brainstorming, proposals, and content strategy.
• Coordinate project logistics: schedule meetings, capture notes, and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Support on‑set shoots and gain hands‑on production experience.
• Prepare Premiere projects, build string‑outs, and draft edits.
• Edit video content and refine it based on team feedback.
• Organize media assets, create proxies, and manage server structures.
• Research footage, music, and other creative assets.
• Maintain production documents such as call sheets, permits, and schedules.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Film, Audiovisual Communication or related program.
• Eligible for a paid internship in Spain (EU nationality or valid student visa).
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Creative eye, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
• Organized, able to work in a team and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
