About the role

Les Roches Global Hospitality Education is seeking a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team in Marbella. You will support instructors by delivering practical, high‑quality service training to hospitality students in a multicultural, high‑end learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and prepare service operations according to Les Roches standards.
• Manage ordering procedures, stock control and implement HACCP product controls.
• Provide impeccable service, recommend food‑wine pairings and accommodate dietary needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Work closely with students and instructors, offering feedback and support.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and maintain a tidy dining environment.
• Contribute innovative ideas to maintain consistent quality.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress, sommelier or similar hospitality role.
• Food handling certificate (mandatory).
• High level of English; Spanish is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a fine‑dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and a team‑player attitude.
