Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator at LVMH, you will work on‑site in the Illescas warehouse, reporting to the Logistics and Transport Manager. You will be the main point of contact between LVMH and the external 3PL logistics provider, ensuring that daily warehouse activities meet the company’s quality, productivity and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, put‑away, storage, order preparation, outbound and returns processes performed by the 3PL.
• Validate execution of warehouse operational and administrative procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Escalate operational incidents, lead root‑cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Participate in regular performance review meetings with the logistics partner.
• Coordinate special handling, labeling, rework and specific order preparation requirements.
• Verify invoicing and service allocation from the 3PL in the internal system.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Transport, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams.
