Batch Support Incidents & Problems Management Analyst III

About the role

The Analyst III will coordinate batch processing activities, improve resource consumption, and integrate cloud‑based solutions within a large‑scale banking environment. This position focuses on incident and problem management for critical batch jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and sequence batch jobs to optimise processing efficiency.
• Execute improvements that adjust resource consumption to meet performance targets.
• Integrate published cloud solutions into existing batch workflows.
• Manage incidents and problems related to batch processing, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align batch operations with business needs.

Required profile

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of capacity planning and management.
• Experience with cross‑team integration and transformation execution.
• Familiarity with ITIL application management principles.
• Ability to take ownership, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyse workflows.
