Customer Care Specialist – French Market (Barcelona)

About the role

TheFork is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for the French market, based in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for diners and restaurant partners, providing assistance through phone, email and chat on our reservation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming requests via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about the electronic reservation book, website or app.
• Understand each customer’s needs and deliver the most suitable solution.
• Maintain high‑quality communication and document interactions in the system.

Required profile

• Based in Barcelona.
• Native‑level French and fluent English.
• Open‑minded with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑focused and able to create a unique, satisfactory experience.
• Experience in a customer support environment.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, international team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CRM tools.
