RF AIT Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an RF AIT Engineer to lead Assembly, Integration & Testing (AIT) activities for power subsystems at our Valencia facility. The role is hands‑on, supporting the production of spacecraft power systems and ensuring mission‑critical performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, verify and inspect power subsystem components.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing issues related to power subsystems.
• Identify problems, improve production workflows and support ramp‑up of power subsystem production.
• Represent AIT engineering across projects and disciplines.
• Contribute to power subsystem design, troubleshooting and mission‑critical issue resolution.
• Apply system‑level understanding and spacecraft testing experience to guarantee mission success.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in development, integration, testing or production of complex power systems.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments, including mentoring engineers or technicians.
• Deep technical knowledge in electrical engineering and system‑level architecture of complex products.
• Familiarity with integration, verification, production ramp‑up and configuration‑management processes.
• Systems‑engineering mindset with the ability to spot interface issues and anticipate integration risks.
