Senior SEO Manager

About the role

Click&Boat, the European leader in boat rentals, is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to rebuild and scale the organic search performance of its marketplace. Reporting to the Head of Search, you will work closely with product, engineering, content and marketing teams to create a sustainable SEO engine that drives international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild and strengthen the foundations of Click&Boat’s search results to enable sustainable scaling across markets.
• Own and prioritize SEO initiatives across multiple properties while keeping Click&Boat and Boats Group workstreams separate.
• Define and execute a robust on‑page SEO and content strategy aligned with user intent, search opportunities and business priorities.
• Lead technical SEO improvements—including crawlability, indexation, internal linking, rendering and site performance—in partnership with product and engineering.
• Design, run and assess SEO experiments using SearchPilot or equivalent testing methodologies.
• Analyze performance across markets, languages and property types to uncover growth opportunities and translate insights into action.
• Champion SEO best practices across the organization, fostering a test‑and‑learn culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience managing multiple web properties at scale in international environments.
• Strong technical SEO expertise with a solid understanding of JavaScript, rendering, crawling and indexation.
• Proven experience in marketplace, travel, e‑commerce or other digital business models.
