Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead organic growth initiatives across multiple international digital assets. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, focusing on traffic acquisition, monetisation and experimentation in highly competitive markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market and competitor analysis to uncover scalable acquisition opportunities.
• Develop, optimise and scale SEO‑driven assets such as review sites, satellite projects and niche domains.
• Define site architecture, internal linking and content optimisation strategies to improve rankings and user engagement.
• Prepare detailed briefs for copywriters, designers, developers and link‑building teams.
• Perform technical SEO audits, resolve crawlability and indexing issues, and maintain overall site health.
• Build, manage and scale PBN networks while monitoring performance metrics.
• Experiment with advanced techniques including indexing strategies, automation scripts and unconventional growth methods.
• Oversee link‑building activities to ensure quality, scalability and alignment with SEO objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial SEO experience, preferably in competitive niches such as iGaming, gambling or related verticals.
• Proven track record of delivering successful SEO projects in grey or highly regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking signals, penalties and recovery strategies.
• Ability to design and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategies independently.
• Experience collaborating with in‑house teams, freelancers and distributed contributors.
