About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Project Lead to join a dynamic, people‑oriented environment in Spain. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, translating business goals into actionable marketing plans and ensuring flawless execution across multiple brands.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives and growth targets.
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations, and delivering data‑driven recommendations.
- Oversee project delivery across several accounts, coordinating internal teams and external partners for timely, high‑quality execution.
- Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and continuously monitor performance to drive optimization.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Translate business objectives into structured roadmaps, actionable plans, and clear timelines.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives while reducing escalations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in marketing management, leadership, account management, or client project services.
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies, define KPIs, and create structured execution roadmaps.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking in a marketing context.
- Excellent client‑facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and influence stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and ownership‑driven mindset.
