Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives and growth targets.
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations, and delivering data‑driven recommendations.
• Oversee project delivery across several accounts, coordinating internal teams and external partners for timely, high‑quality execution.
• Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and continuously monitor performance to drive optimization.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
• Translate business objectives into structured roadmaps, actionable plans, and clear timelines.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives while reducing escalations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in marketing management, leadership, account management, or client project services.
• Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies, define KPIs, and create structured execution roadmaps.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking in a marketing context.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and ownership‑driven mindset.
