Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable and debt recovery professional to join its Order to Cash team in the Global Finance Operations department at headquarters. You will own the complete AR process for designated portfolios of accounts, in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AR lifecycle, including month-end closure, impairment calculations, debt collection, cash allocation and reporting
• Improve cash collection and DSO by managing customer relationships and resolving payment blocks and inefficiencies
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and master end-to-end processes to analyse deeply, resolve disputes and address root causes
• Leverage AI tools to automate routing and repetitive tasks
• Deliver other duties or projects assigned

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proven track record of reducing debt, DSO and unallocated cash
• Excellent English communication and writing skills; Portuguese, Italian or French is a big plus
• Strong critical thinking, organisational and interpersonal skills, adaptability and ownership

Required skills

• Office suite (Excel / GSuite)
• Experience with AI tools to optimise workflows is a big plus
• SAP, Dynamics 365 and/or Celonis experience is a plus
• Shared service centre, scale-up and process improvement experience is a plus
