Acquiring Sales Executive – Enterprise

About the role

Revolut is seeking an Acquiring Sales Executive to lead the acquisition of enterprise customers for its e‑commerce payment solutions. You will combine product expertise with a solution‑focused sales approach to close complex deals and expand revenue across the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a network of enterprise customers, generating revenue across Revolut’s suite of solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to open doors and advance sales opportunities.
• Establish trusted relationships and communicate the value proposition using a solution‑based approach.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reports, meeting quarterly targets.
• Mentor Account Executives on strategies to achieve their goals.
• Support growth initiatives, including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring new team members.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• 4+ years of sales or business development experience in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of selling software, SaaS, or web services to large enterprise accounts.
• Consistent achievement of quotas and strong deal‑making abilities.
• Excellent presentation, listening, and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging C‑level executives.
• Willingness to shift from strategic planning to hands‑on implementation.
• Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events where permitted.
