AI Agent Developer (LATAM) - Fully Remote

About the role

Hub AI Generative at knowmad mood is hiring an AI Agent Developer for its LATAM team, working fully remotely. It is a contract position of 3 months. The role combines building AI agents with coaching a team and delivering AI-enhanced analytics and sales workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Move the ELT Summary Dashboard prototype into production in Power BI, adding an AI insight layer covering risks, changes and recommended actions.
• Productionise the AI Forecast Simulator prototype using CRM and Power BI data, deploy an AI Coach agent to support forecasting decisions, and automate stage-weight calibration and forecast accuracy tracking.
• Automate pipeline hygiene: flag stale or duplicate opportunities, close dates and Tx renewable CED treatment, and alert owners.
• Retrofit Sales 360 and other core dashboards with AI-generated insights and recommended actions using a repeatable pattern.
• Build a CRM data validation agent that detects, classifies and routes Salesforce data-quality issues.
• Build a whitespace and custom report agent that automates whitespace analysis and cross-sell insights by account, segment and product group, pulling data from C-Force, Snowflake, SharePoint and Excel.
• Train and coach the Data & Analytics team to build and maintain agents, building on the in-house AI session programme.
• Build the MVP of an agentic sales intelligence flow: integrate Salesforce, marketing and other sales data, surface account and buying signals, recommend next best actions and draft personalised outreach.

Required profile

• Strong, hands-on experience building AI agents (Copilot Studio / Microsoft 365 Copilot).
• Experience connecting agents to Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint and other sales org tools, including security and permissions.
• API connector development and integration experience.
• Ability to coach and upskill a team, not only build.
