Senior Product Owner – Front‑End & Gamification

About the role

The Senior Product Owner will lead the Front‑End onboarding and retention teams, shaping the product roadmap to align with company OKRs and user‑experience goals. You will drive gamification initiatives that boost engagement, motivation, and retention across our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, prioritising features, delivery timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Produce detailed product requirement documents, functional specifications and high‑quality UX/UI designs.
• Define and execute the gamification strategy in line with business and user‑engagement objectives.
• Review peers’ requirements, collaborate with senior management on product plans and ensure releases launch on schedule.
• Collect and analyse feedback from customers and internal teams to refine features.
• Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies and build relationships to embed the product vision across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner with a technical background.
• Strong understanding of gamification mechanics and behavioural psychology principles.
• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and excellent communication skills.
• Creative problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making.
