Amazon eTrade Marketing Manager

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring an Amazon eTrade Marketing Manager in Barcelona, Spain, within the EMEA-ANZ eCommerce team. The role reports directly to the Amazon EU Commercial Director and covers the full sales cycle of products on Amazon for the assigned markets and categories.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on Amazon, from listing the product to building the activation plan with partners.
• Analyse the market to identify the most important brands and categories, working with Amazon Key Account Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance.
• Maximise sell-out performance at sourcing/manufacturing PCOGS by managing conversion, traffic and average selling price (ASP).
• Use SEO/SEA knowledge and Amazon tools such as Vendor Central, Vine and Bundling; plan quantities to keep RepOOS% low and plan deals to win market share.
• Work with the advertising agency to brief on strategy, pilot campaigns and optimise them weekly (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR).
• Ensure trade-up is transparent to shoppers and create cross-selling opportunities between ranges.
• Report weekly on POS performance using Pareto and the 5 Whys approach, and keep up with the online competitive landscape.
• Defend the brand through Brand Registry in close collaboration with the legal department and SBU teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to identify the real drivers of performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and in the language of the market represented.
• Ability to build and manage budgets, pricing strategies and ROI analysis.
• Ability to manage several projects at once and to take on additional responsibility.
• Team spirit, interpersonal skills and a robust sense of ownership.
