Art Director – Elevated Shopping

About the role

Elevated Shopping, a global leader in fashion and product visual content, is looking for an Art Director to shape creative concepts for high‑impact brand partnerships and strategic initiatives. The role bridges studio teams with senior leadership and collaborates with program managers worldwide to deliver compelling visual experiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept development and creative direction for brand collaborations, large‑scale events, and production environments.
• Coordinate communication between studio teams, senior leadership, and global program managers to meet organizational objectives.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, from ideation through final implementation, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Direct on‑set art direction for photo and video shoots, working closely with photographers, stylists, and creative directors.
• Adapt quickly to feedback, international time zones, and evolving project requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help teams meet productivity targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience.
• Strong online portfolio showcasing photography, video, graphic design, and CGI work.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies (scrum or kanban).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat on macOS.
• Ability to create visual research, mockups, and storytelling assets.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
