Assistant Waiter – Hotel Ponent Beach

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Waiter to join the team at the Barceló Ponent Beach Hotel in Mallorca. The role supports the front‑of‑house team in delivering smooth service to our guests and ensures a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests at reception and help them settle comfortably.
• Support the service of food and beverages, taking orders and delivering items.
• Participate in the set‑up, arrangement and breakdown of dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the service zone and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
• Mandatory HACCP (food safety) certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under pressure and present a professional image.
