Associate Field Marketing Manager (MedTech)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Associate Field Marketing Manager to join its MedTech team in Barcelona. The role will execute regional marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with Strategy and Account teams to align territory and deliver demand‑generation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual field marketing plans and activities.
• Lead a diverse mix of marketing programs, including lead generation, email, social media, advertising, and digital initiatives.
• Own logistics and execution for regional events such as trade shows, executive dinners, workshops, and webinars.
• Write compelling, value‑driven, customer‑focused copy that drives engagement and conversion.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to bring field marketing programs to life.
• Track and measure program performance, optimizing against objectives and budget.
• Maintain database completeness through accurate lead imports and data hygiene.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high‑growth SaaS startup marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), LinkedIn, and marketing automation platforms.
• Well‑organized with high attention to detail.
• A growth‑oriented team player who maintains a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
