Associate Talent Acquisition – EMEA

About the role

Mattel is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition professional to support its growth across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC & EMEA, you will own the full recruitment cycle for junior to mid‑level positions, including internships and early‑career roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing and talent mapping to offer management and onboarding.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing and networking strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture teams to understand current and future talent needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract high‑quality, diverse talent across EMEA.
• Conduct candidate assessments, including resume reviews, screening calls, and competency‑based interviews.
• Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offer preparation, and recruitment operations while maintaining ATS data integrity.
• Collaborate on campus recruitment, employer branding, diversity hiring programs, and process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in an international, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
