Automotive Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Automotive Technical Project Manager to act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams. Based in Barcelona, you will drive project execution, support business development, and ensure customer satisfaction within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships, translating customer needs into internal solutions.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations, project proposals, and engineering change requests.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives.
• Conduct cost analysis and support quality audits as required.
• Lead new project launches, process improvements, and engineering changes, delivering on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, maintenance, systems, finance, suppliers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain standard project workflows, planning tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Experience in technical sales, project management, business development, or a similar industrial/manufacturing role.
• Strong customer‑facing, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven capability to manage quotations, project planning, cost analysis, and execution.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) with confidence presenting and leading meetings.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results‑oriented mindset.
