About the role

We are looking for a Waiter Assistant to join the team at Hotel Allegro Isora, part of the Barceló Group. You will work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure a smooth service flow and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Assist guests at reception and help them settle when needed.
Serve beverages and meals directly to customers.
Participate in the set‑up, service and breakdown of dining areas.
Help keep the work zone clean and maintain equipment.

Required profile

Medium‑level Hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
At least one year of experience in a similar role.
High level of English.
Team‑oriented, able to work under stress, good personal image and social skills.

Required skills

Mandatory APPCC (HACCP) food‑safety training.
