About the role
We are looking for a Waiter Assistant to join the team at Hotel Allegro Isora, part of the Barceló Group. You will work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure a smooth service flow and high guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests at reception and help them settle when needed.
- Serve beverages and meals directly to customers.
- Participate in the set‑up, service and breakdown of dining areas.
- Help keep the work zone clean and maintain equipment.
Required profile
- Medium‑level Hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- High level of English.
- Team‑oriented, able to work under stress, good personal image and social skills.
Required skills
- Mandatory APPCC (HACCP) food‑safety training.
