About the role

Join Barceló Playa Blanca as an Assistant Waiter, supporting the front‑of‑house team in delivering a seamless dining experience for guests. You will work in a dynamic resort environment, helping guests feel welcomed and comfortable.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests during check‑in and guide them to their tables when needed.
• Serve beverages and meals, ensuring timely and courteous service.
• Help set up, arrange, and clear dining areas before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the service zone and handle equipment responsibly.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• Mandatory HACCP (APPCC) certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑player attitude, stress tolerance, agility, and a well‑kept personal image.

Required skills

• APPCC (HACCP) knowledge.
