Ayudante de Cocina – Hotel

About the role

The Kitchen Assistant will support the hotel’s housekeeping team by ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, following established procedures. This position contributes to guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to cleanliness and prompt service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning materials, products, tools and equipment for each shift.
• Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture and installations.
• Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items and report any damages.
• Assist guests during their stay, handle lost‑and‑found items and respond to reasonable requests.
• Collect used linens and send them to laundry, restock supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Basic secondary education (ESO) required.
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or hospitality role is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork, motivation and responsibility.
• Strong sense of order, quality and organizational ability.
