About the role
The Hotel Occidental Ibiza is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring hygiene, order, and efficient food preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the kitchen in optimal hygiene and order.
- Clean, peel and cut vegetables.
- Mix ingredients for recipes.
- Prepare poultry (de‑feathering) and cut meat.
- Scale and clean fish.
- Keep kitchen tools and equipment clean.
- Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen products.
Required profile
- Formal training: Medium‑level culinary or gastronomy course, HACCP certification.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar kitchen role.
- No language requirement.
- Hospitality knowledge is a plus.
