B2B Business Development Manager – Madrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Business Development Manager to join Bolt’s Business team in Madrid. You will own the full sales cycle for mid‑size companies, from prospecting to closing, and help expand Bolt’s B2B portfolio across Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales funnel: lead processing, cold outreach, negotiations and closing.
• Build and maintain a balanced pipeline with high‑quality top‑of‑funnel inputs.
• Design and execute outreach strategies to acquire medium‑size business customers.
• Meet or exceed growth targets using an uncapped commission structure.
• Report progress and results regularly to senior management.
• Provide market feedback to the product team to shape future solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience selling services to SMEs or mid‑market firms.
• Proven record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and closing mid‑market deals.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish and ability to build relationships.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing sales metrics to optimise performance.
• Proactive, ownership‑focused attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or comparable CRM) for pipeline management and reporting.
