B2B CRM Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a B2B CRM Manager within its Marketing & Growth team. The role builds Fever's B2B marketing automation from the ground up: a compliant database, the forms feeding it, and nurturing and workflow processes that turn contacts into qualified leads and opportunities, connected to Salesforce and aligned with the Fever CRM ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design the B2B data model and its sync with the CRM tech stack
• Ensure best practices in data quality, integrations and legal requirements
• Build lead lifecycle, scoring, routing and SLAs with marketing and sales
• Create marketing nurturing and re-engagement workflows, and manage users and permissions
• Work with the Operations team on processes, data flows and systems linking B2B tools to Marketing, Data and Product
• Promote AI solutions in the CRM ecosystem by exploring new use cases and driving innovation
• Act as the main contact between B2B CRM and cross-functional stakeholders

Required profile

• 5+ years in marketing automation, CRM or marketing operations, including at least one B2B setup built from scratch
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Advanced English; other languages are a plus
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented

Required skills

• HubSpot (workflows, forms, lead scoring, lists and Salesforce integration) or solid Salesforce knowledge
• Data migrations and integrations with engineering, data and marketing operations teams
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, B2B privacy rules and consent management
