Brand Designer

About the role

This role is for a Brand Designer based in Spain, working within a globally distributed, developer‑focused organization. You will translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives across digital, print and experiential formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve visual storytelling for presentations, pitch decks, conference materials, print assets, video content and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Developer Relations, Success, Enterprise and Events teams to create high‑impact creative executions.
• Design cohesive visual narratives across digital and physical formats, ensuring clarity, consistency and strong brand alignment.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines globally, overseeing visual identity and messaging.
• Lead end‑to‑end design execution across print, digital, social media and event branding.
• Create high‑quality design assets with meticulous attention to detail for technical audiences.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience as a Brand Designer or similar role in fast‑paced, digital‑first or tech environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose creative direction and design solutions.
• Experience working in async, remote or globally distributed teams is highly valued.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience designing across digital, print and presentation formats.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding principles and design systems.
• Knowledge of print production standards and specifications.
